If you want us to create the menu and supply the food, we’ll be happy to provide turnkey catering. However, if you want to supply the food yourself and just want us do manage the food & beverages we’ll be happy to do this as well. Or, if you want us to do anything in between, such as creating side dishes, we are here to serve. The choice is yours.
When we create meals, our philosophy with food is to use organic locally-farmed vegetables and meats whenever possible. We avoid GMO foods. As with any of our meal options, we can accommodate people or are vegan, gluten-free or who have other special dietary choices.
